Why build our own
Rules inside a plugin only go so far. Spammers change their tricks, and a single site sees only a small slice of what’s out there. A shared network lets one site’s spam warn every other site.
How it will start
- The first data comes from spam caught on our own websites.
- AI helps sort and label it, with people checking the results.
- Until it’s ready, Anti Comment Spam uses StopForumSpam, a long-running free service.
Privacy is part of the design from day one. When the network opens, this page and our privacy policy will explain exactly what is shared and what is never collected.
