To get help faster
Include these in your email:
- Which Kapatagan tool, and its version number.
- Your WordPress and PHP versions (found under Tools → Site Health → Info).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if it helps show the problem.
Please never send passwords or admin logins.
Found a security issue?
Email support@kapatagan.dev with “Security” in the subject line and don’t post it publicly. We’ll reply quickly and credit you in the fix if you’d like.
